I am writing to advise you of a change to the provision of Maintenance Services and all sales with respect to your MX5 and Goldstar telephone system.

Following a major restructuring programme within Symphony Telecom, we are writing to announce the sale of our hardware systems and services business. We are delighted to confirm that with immediate effect your system will be supported and maintained by Rainbow Telecom Limited.

The terms and conditions of your maintenance contract will not be affected by these changes.

Rainbow will be contacting you shortly to introduce themselves and discuss any requirements you may have, ensuring that you receive an efficient and effective service.
