Rainbow Telecom have completed the acquisition of Bill Turley and his entire team (formally trading as Leveline) for an undisclosed sum. By creating one of the largest cabling companies in South East England, with expertise in CAT 5/6 and fiber and Ethernet back bone installation and the pre installation of data products, Rainbow Telecom has placed itself at the forefront of voice and data convergent products with the ability and expertise to negotiate pre and post installation of IP Telephony products.

The acquisition also comes with an additional 150 LG customers and a number of major key accounts in the Avaya range. Bill Turley the former MD (and now the Technical Director of Rainbow Telecom) said "the merger offers both companies a fantastic opportunity to exploit the market place, both having an identical equipment portfolio with the addition of the Rainbow Telecom Inter-tel offering, it was obvious for both companies to make the most of each others resources and talents, this coupled with the fact that we operated within 3 miles of each other".

Bill Turley’s entire team, including all engineers, will move into Rainbow Telecom’s 15th century manor house while the south London office will close. Dave Corgat, MD of Rainbow Telecom and a Director of The Concert Group, said "the synergy is obvious and clearly profitable to both companies, we will now be able to offer all our customers the entire solution, this acquisition will also help the Concert Group to offer complete National Coverage for both Installation and Maintenance of its entire range and follows on the heals of last year acquisitions".
